Supercharged 2.2 Coasting Issue?

I have a 2007 Supercharged 2.2 Pontiac G5. My mods are as follows:

M62, 60's, GM stage 2 pulley, 3" OTTP CAI, Option B, ZZP Stage 3 HE, full 2.5" exhaust

I am trifecta tuned and I have an issue (i think). Around me, there are a bunch of hills and I coast down them but when doing so, my AFR's show that I'm running rich (10.8-12.2) for approximately 8-10 seconds before DFCO kicks in then leans itself out. Vince states that the injector pulse width is already set to the minimum it can be set to w/o disabling it altogether.

Couple of questions:
1. Should I be worried about this?
2. Is there anything in the tune that can be adjusted to fix this issue?
3. Would stepping down to a 2.9 pulley
a. be safe?
b. Help this issue?

Any other info would be helpful. I can provide logs if need be.

Just an idea, but maybe your o2 sensor for the wideband is mounted at a weird angle. As in when you let off the gas the exhaust isn't flowing as much so there may be left over fumes or something still in the exhaust making the sensor get a bad reading? Just an idea, or maybe I'm just dumb lol. I thought thats what vince told me because my wideband would ping out if I let of the gas or at idle for a long time because fumes are still lingering around in the exhaust.
