Supercharger Oil

Was checking on Supercharger Oil and found out from the Dealer that Mobil-! is the same as GM supercharger oil

there was a service bulletin issued to dealerships only... not listed for personal use... that since the lil 4oz bottles are like 10 dollars a peice list... cost the dealership 6.50 a piece and have to be ordered in a case of 12... they listed a replacement option to save on having to order a case for 1 bottle (useful for dealerships that dont sell it very often)...

the GM Replacement oil is... none other than... the one... the only...

MOBIL 1 SYNTHETIC 5 w 30

i know its odd... but the oil is actually the same viscosity so they tested it and listed it as a dealership replacement in lue of ordering a case... just a note for those that are interested...

I took a couple hi mile Superchargers apart and there was no oil left in them. It had migrated out through the bearings or seals I suppose.
