Type of spark plugs

Hey guys, I currently own a 09 Cobalt ss turbo with the trifecta tune running @ 23psi. My question to you guys is what type of sparks plugs have been the best for yall running with this setup? My car seems to running a bit rough @ idle, but when I got the car I replaced the plugs with some 1 step colder ones, i dont think my car likes them very much bc sometimes it will misfire when WOT going into 2nd.

So what do you guys think? Im new with this whole turbo thing but I am eager to learn. Ive had the car since Nov, 2011.

stick with stock plugs from the stealership. i had the same problem when i switched my plugs. oem plugs work the best in the lnf's from what ive been told

Stock plugs and stock gap. Don't buy them from the dealer.

Thank you

can't you get the NGK brand name as well, as its the same? Not sure of all part stores have the ac delco or which one will be more expensive.

IIRC NGK versions are not pregapped and cost a couple bucks more a plug. I recommend only OEM AC Delco plugs and gap depends on the setup but on a bolted and tuned stock turbo car 0.032" works well. Big turbo cars on high boost need to squeeze the gap down to 0.026-0.028".

When I went to auto parts stores I couldn't find the ac delco version I think. Rock auto had both and ac delco was cheaper.

They always had to order them for me. They were about $3.99 a plug back 3 years ago and they took 1-2 days to get in.

Oh, I thought NGK came pre-gapped.

I believe they do come pregapped but to 0.045" not 0.035".
