I'm sure all of us who have purchased and installed one can say that it does exactly that. I have nearly no wheel hop. Its more like a 10 minute install and it really helps. Aside from intake, this should be your 1st performance mod.

I agree that you did a great job writing this article(perhaps after my build is done you will write one for my car, see about getting it published ). Now comes the but. BUT this still does not help us with traction. We still spin our tires we just don't hop all over the place. I enjoy my Ingalls(I need to tighten it up a bit) but I can still spin all the way though second if I launch to high. So when people talk of doing 4,000rpm launchs I am not seeing it on street tires. Considering my plans I need traction even more but it seems like I will have two cars. One, a raging beast, while at the track the other a beast all the same but with a muzzle on. Now maybe I will see an amazing change when I go to 12mm on the Ingalls and if that is the case I will just delete this post

WELL i KNOW LAUNCHING AT 1500 RPM CREATES HORRIBLE WHEEL HOP AND HITTING 2ND DOES THE SAME.... i SHOULD HOPEFULLY HAVE SOME TIMES AND A VID UP WED NIGHT AFTER WE DO SOME TEST RUNS AND ADJUST THE THING

OniMirage to answer your question on a possible video. Even if I did it some people would still not believe it..lol.. I say get a ride from a member that already has it installed if you dont believe me.

Better yet dont waste your time wondering if it really works, buy one you wont regret it. This Mod is by far the best mod "best bang for the buck" it's worth every penny.

No Doubt! I am truely glad that a Torque brace has finally been able to work without further modding it. I actullaly had to bend the hell out of my Weapon R torque brace bracket just to get it to function properly, now it works but I had to go through 2 much to get it to. When u buy a product it should work out of the box and that the bottom line.

excellent write up man. entertaining and you didnt leave me wondering if this product was a gimmick or the real deal.

the main page needs more write-ups like this from you imo.

well, the next bit of money that will be drained from my bank account is going towards this engine damper.

It wont void any warranty, and plus if your worried about this voiding your warranty, than why buy this product, racing, and pushing your car to its limits, is voiding also, and no this wont help with traction

Bump for a great review and a great product..

BEWARE OF IMITATIONS AND INFERIOR PRODUCTS. Ingalls engineering has been in business for over 25 years and is one of the orginators of engine torque dampers. We solely test, develop, and research our products extensivly to make sure that they are of the highest quality and actually work unlike other companies that are out to make a "quick buck" off the aftermarket.

Not only do we stand behind our products we actually use them on our own cars. I have had my damper installed for over 2 years on a boosted civic and love it! if anyone has any ?'s regarding our damper please feel free to contact me directly..

I ordered my ingalls, but every time it gets to the back order date it just keeps being pushed forward. Does anyone know who has them in stock at the moment?

Thanks
