E25 Cobalt

I was wondering if anybody has tried E25 gasoline in their Cobalt. My local ethanol gas station offers both E85 and E25 at a significant discounts over the E10 that you can get everywhere. I am not talking about putting E85 in by cobalt, just 25% ethanol in my 2006 non-modded 2.2 Ecotec.

From searching around the net, there is no info published on this subject for any vehicles that I could find.

I wouldnt bother. You wont gain anything out of it

E25 is too much for a ecu to compensate for on its own. If you want to run E25 you should get bigger injectors and get it tuned on that stuff. however a much higher performance gain will come out of E85. I've heard of 300whp on stock supercharger with just 60lb injectors. AMAZING

hes rocking a 2.2 with no supercharger

Stock car wont tolerate running on anything over E10 really.
