Which Octane do you use?

I was wondering what Octane is most popular.

I've read in a few places that even if the lower grades are recommended, using higher grades (Despite price) are more fuel efficient as they maintain a cleaner feed, and use less gas overall, while improving your F.E.

Thoughts, fact or lie?

lies

lower grade fuels are easier to burn

higher rated fuels resist pre-ignition combustion better than lower grades, thats why they're used in high compression, high power applications

So really 94.1?

You're throwing money in a hole for a placebo effect.

93 octane. 20 cents higher than 87, so even if you completely fill up, you're only looking at a difference of about 2.50 per tank.
