Spark plug condition question

I'm gonna start a big commute to work m-f of about 90 miles one way. I was just doing some routine checking before I had to start my new job (way better pay well worth the commute). I pulled out my plus and then couldn't remember how long it's been since I replaced them. I think it was about 40-45k ago not sure though. I wrote it down but forgot where I put the paper. Here's some pics could n e one recommend if I should change before my commuting starts. Thanks for the help.

You could try those e3 plugs for fuel economy.

3000 km is hella small interval. you prolly should changed them, but not every 3000km. way too much. maybe every 25k miles.

They're not recommended to be taken out even at 25,000 miles. Id say every 50,000 and thats even early in my opinion

Considering my (lack of) wear i would say even 70k miles is too frequent from a plug life perspective as i only opened up .0015 over what the replacement plugs were gapped at. I set 50k miles as an interval simply to poke in and see what the health of the engine is as i rack up the mileage.

I think the recommended change interval is around 100k miles and for good reason.

Mine have just over 75000 miles on them and they look brand new with proper gaps... and, it's pretty much the cleanest 75000 mile spark plug I've ever seen

it's a waste of time and money based on the pic you posted.
