I need help finding a transmission for a chevy cobalt Ss supercharger 2006. Vin # is 1g1a p14 p16 7755 762. I don't know anything about this cars. what transmission is the one the car uses? Is there any variations Ss transmissions from different years? I saw That many of the parts are compatible with saturn ion 2007, it has an F35 transmission, is it compatible? . the ss/sc transmission is an f35, and there are some variants of it. the ss/sc and saturn ion redline both use a 4.05 final drive and they are available with or without limited slip diff. the ss/tc uses a 3.82 final drive and is available with or without limited slip. ideally you want one from a 2005-2007 ss/sc cobalt or 2005-2007 ion redline
