Calling anyone with damaged tjin trunks.

Who has had a damaged tjin trunk?????

Post it up some pics with the damages.

I'm dealing with a claim denial after 2 damaged trunks and I'm being asked to prove that other people have this issue. Wing tips are were busted on both sides of both trunks.

I hear you and wish you the best, but why does it matter to them if other people had the issue for YOUR claim? Do they really think you're bashing it twice in a row? I've never heard of a company doing that before.

I've heard a ton of stories about these being delivered broken. It's like the shipping company sees it as a challenge.

It's the way they are packaged. To large of a box and not enough packing material on the sharp corners.

They claim only 1 or 2 gotten damaged. I told remove seen a lot more and so they are asking for proof. Ups denied the claim because it was signed for and not Inspected. The wife signed for it not realizing it needed to be looked at.

Either way crappy situation.

i remember when these first came out and a ton of guys had the same issue
you'd think they would have learned how to pack them better for shipping

That means someone would actually have to give a **** about their job.

Not likely from from a guy working in a warehouse.
