Nope, not needed. I will offer some advice though. If you do get the GMPP clutch, the holes in the pressure plate where it sits on the dowels of the flywheel will be larger. To help center the pressure plate on the flywheel, cut a standard Bic white stick pen into three pieces, then use them to center the pressure plate perfectly.

Just some helpful info I found here that worked great when I did mine.

Don't get one. That spacer is specifically for zzp southbend according to them. I got one and used it with my southbend (not from zzp) and it pressed my TOB into my pressure plate springs and kept the clutch engaged/disengaged while the pedal wasn't pressed.

ok. so this is my last question. the GMPP clutch comes with a throw out bearing. should i use the one it comes with or an upgraded TOB for the LNF. because i already bought an LNF TOB thinking i would need one.

If you do go that route, the kit comes with an LNF throw out bearing. It's considered an upgrade for the LSJ. Whatever clutch you get make sure you get new flywheel bolts, as they are torque-to-yield(one time use).

It should work without issue. Until it breaks in the gmpp bites pretty close to the floor, so it may take some getting used to paired with a light flywheel but nothing crazy.

Just go with a new oem. You dont need the fidanza for that setup and its not the best for driveability on the street

I have a thread somewhere explaining the spacer how it does not work. Basically. Don't get it.

i have a problem guys.... i had bought a stage 3 south bend clutch with a zzp aluminum flywheel, the tob over extended and the clutch broke scratching up my flywheel... they returned my money for a faulty clutch but idk what else to get? can i use a clutch masters with zzp 150$ flywheel oem? do i need a spacer? i haven’t been able to drive it.
