Clicking sound?

ive recently noticed a clicking sound in my car. seems to be coming from the muffler i think. the car is only like 2 weeks old maybe. my friends dad said that its just the muffler braking in or somehting but i dunno. i can hear it when my car is running and also for a little after its shut off.

Your friends dad was correct. My car is a month old and I can still hear it though :P
Basically, if you drive the car hard you'll hear it for a lot longer (like me)

I'm quite certain it's just condensation in the piping/muffler that makes a "ticking" sound when it falls and burns away on the hot metal. That could be wrong that.

Either way, it's nothing to worry about, and is completely normal for most cars, especially a sports car.

i think its particially that, and the pipes are expanding and contracting after driving it.

My SS/SC does that. Must be a Chevy thing because my '01 Mustang GT never did that, but my brother's '05 Malibu does.
