The only reason for any differences is because Powell has further developed his products since you copied them.

Nothing against ottp here i just like the design of the powell one better. Not gonna get into whos is better or not here just a personal preferance that im willing to oay twice the dollar for lol.

Was there ever an install thread on these? do i need to cut my bumper or take the bumper off to install right in the middle?

Powell includes detailed install instructions with all his products. If yours didn't come with any, email Gloria and you'll have em in a flash!

no cutting of bumper is necessary, the grills will have to be cut
removing front bumper is not needed but makes it easier

If you have a base model with SS rear you do have to remove it.

oh man you guys missed one of the best CED's then....

It was on my car, sun roof while while powell installed the prototype harness bar, in my pants, peoples faces, powells hood, tow hook...mmm I think a pizza guy came and him and Tom were confused....
