Mine only has 43,000 miles on her and I can say it's pretty much factory condition. Only thing I've ever had to change is a o2 sensor and cam position sensors. It's never even had a check engine light. I stay on to of things pretty well. Been a great car in the 6.5 yrs I've owned it.

Winner winner, chicken dinner.

I've replaced:
Control Arms/Bushings, wheel bearings - pothole damage
Fuel Line/pump - corroded, leaked fuel as I was driving
Brakes/Oil - typical stuffs
Cooling Fan wiring harness - corroded

Upcoming - Suspension overhaul, except CA/Bs - 180,000kms

Oops I forgot- the rear cabs did rip, but they do it on all the cars. Haven't had the fuel line issue yet but I'm sure I will at some point.

Lets see, I acquired the car 3 years ago with 39,8** miles, got 46k now and the list is

reseal hpfp cam cap
replace hpfp
Replace radio
replace left steering wheel control(kinda, had to refurbish the contacts inside)
replace intake cam solenoid valve
Fix the rear sticking parking brake
replace turn signal switch
replace condenser

as of now everything works except for the passenger seat belt retractor assembly and it needs a new shift boot.
Suspension and brakes are factory and not worn hardly at all, battery is factory, I have done a full fluid service so all I need to do is continue with stopping the rust and hopefully she will be good for a while.

I like tackling electrical issues when they come up. My SS seats are even heated since the Sport had them . All I did was pick up 2 used heater elements for them.

Hopefully you are done for awhile. Sadly at that 150,000 mile mark if the previous owners hadn't done the maint before, you get to replace lots of stuff. But I'm sure you knew that going in.

It's not done the car was neglected and then abused by a shade tree mechanic. Kevin and I offered the replace the timing set but he went with shade tree (grade 8 bolts in the aluminum bosses for timing guides, it was a mess)

It's that thing inside the trunk. Plastic piece which is some kind of sensor. Just wiggle it around and you should have no issue with popping the trunk

Kevin- if it makes you feel any better, my sons 04 saab only has 80,000 miles and so far I've had to replace-
Brakes incl front calipers
Springs, shocks and struts
Tires
Battery
All 4 power lock actuators (over $100 a piece)
3 of 4 wheel hubs
3 of 4 power window regulators
Front control arms and swaybar end links
Rear control arms
Vacuum Brake booster
Power steering pump seals
Temp sensor and coolant overflow tank
Headlights
And it still has a couple of oil leaks even after changing the valve cover gasket. The front swaybar bushings need replaced but I'm not attempting to drop the cradle. Biggest piece of crap car I've ever owned and it's one thing after another. Tried to keep it going in his memory but it's getting old working on it.

Since mine broke I've been careful not to turn the wheel the opposite way when the blinker is on. Haven't broken a second one yet (knock on wood). Obviously safety first but i try to remember to switch off the blinker if i have to turn opposite.

Thanks Kevin- forgot the cruise control arm, unplugged the alarm cause it went off at 2:00am. 4 speakers (2 are still blown) exhaust, tires, exterior side mirror, roof paint and 1 ground effect. I think that maybe it, but I still have the weekend. Oh and the front seat covers- that was a bitch but looks nice.

at 57 thousand the only issue I am having is turn signal doesn't auto turn off and the driver side washer fluid nozzle is broken so fluid squirts in the air. these are the same problems that came with the car when I got it at 30somthing thousand. the fluid sprays fine on the windshield while moving, it only goes in the air while stopped. I haven't really been motivated to fix this or the turn signal cause I don't really care.
