Fludder on stock turbo w/charge pipes and rfl bov

So I have a 2010 cobalt ss turbo charged and today I installed dejon charge pipes, turbo xs rfl bov which came off a friends WRX and was told there is 10lb spring in it(still on stock turbo (I know it does nothing for now)) and the only other mode dejon short ram intake. my problem is there is a lot of fludder coming from the intake. I followed a diagram on this forum to correctly run the hoses. Vehicle has not been tuned yet. Just trying to find out what I can do to correct this fludder for before it gets tuned. Thank you.

Never mind I figured it out. Re-some hoses with the bpv and MAP to the bov with no DTC. Works great plus it does not go into limp mode nor any loss of boost. Ha

Ya I have a 2010 ss and was planning on doing the same setup except with injen pipes. how do you like the bov? How loud is it? for the recirculating setup do you have one of those T joint things so both the bov and bpv can recirculate? You should make a video.

Yes I do have the T joints but you will need two of them. I would upload a picture/video if I knew how to on here. Yes I do like and it is loud. I wpuld recommend buying at least two T bolt clamps and put them around the inlet pipe and the charge pipe coupler. Mine blew apart 3 time while driving at high boost when I was using the hose clamps.

Hey have you gotten any check engine lights? I installed my dejon pipes with the turboxs rfl today. It sounds really nice but its already set off the cel twice. where do you run your hose? And how many washers you got in it?

I also have the bpv in it to. I have the hose running to the nipple on the intake manifold. Should it be going to that black box?
