Without the hard foam, a LITE bump can break headlights and tweak fenders ect. Fixing yours with adhesive is far better than not having one.

you can get them new fairly cheap from any parts store. gotta replace them all the time for collision repair.

i dont think its damaged or anything, i think its just sitting funny... causing my bumper to be a little slanted

They're modern 5 mph bumpers. They soften small bumps. Hitting the impact beam directly could mean whiplash even at low speeds.
