GMPP exhaust broke, now what?

So after like 2 years my GMPP performance muffler is rattleing BAD.

sounds very embarrassing,

can I install a Magnaflow right onto the GMPP resonator ? has anyone done that ?

trying to go the cheapest route right now, and still want a badass sound.

would an SLP loudmouth work with the GMPP resonator ?

I'm torn between SLP LM and Magnaflow.

just replace ur muffler if thats what your looking for, make sure its the same style, or atleast will fit in the same location, and you should be fine.

as for sound, i dont know many people that have only replaced the muffler, so you may be going into that battle blind

cool , I'll probably try a magnaflow if it's a close fit. I actually blew out an exhaust gasket ( I think ) on the way home today, sounded like an open header, waaaaaaay loud. so I had roadside assistance pick it up and take it to the dealership. it's under an extended full warranty still. I'm hoping that GM will also fix the rattling GMPP can ( replace it). but it is over a year old so they probably might not, this is probably the only time I wished a moron would write up the work order lol.

turns out I blew the flex pipe complety open lol. they warrantied it, replaced my GMPP can an I'm back on the road !! very happy feels/sounds like a new car ( just louder hehe)

Must have had a CAT problem for a long time. lots of power back now !! sweeeet.

I had been driving a deathtrap rental KIA for 11 days waiting for the CAT to come from Detroit. sooo happy so sit in the Reccarro again, had to bust an S2000 on the way to work today. feels good.
