Good bye Cobalt... Parts to come
 

Hey guys. Well its been 10 years and the Orange Balts life is coming to an end. Long story short, my cobalt burnt through its oil 2500 miles after its last oil change and without warning knocked and died in a matter of minutes. Its running for the moment but knocking and crying every drive. Going Jeep shopping this weekend and likely coming home with one.

While I haven't been on the forum for a few years I still cosoder myself a member and couldn't bring myself to junk the car without seeing what you guys might want or need. I am going to pull some parts and offer them up for sale (mats, trunk liner, CAI, strut bar, interceptor, a pillar with pod, maybe even exhaust with enough motivation) but if you guys could get your hands on the car, what would you want or what do you need. It's an 06 2.2 LT.

coupe or sedan? If it's a sedan I might take the a pillar pod, how many gauges is it? as well as the interceptor and some of the interior if it's black... lmk thanks

just checked your profile... also might be interested in the shorty antenna, eibach springs, and maybe the color matched emblem (I'm assuming you're SOM) depending on condition of said parts.

Hey Eco. Its a coupe. The pillar has just a single pod for the one interceptor. As for the rest of the stuff. I don't have the emblem anymore and don't know if I'd be able to get the springs out because I have nothing to replace them with. The shorty is in good condition and I'll take that off too.

Car officially died today. Anyone who has asked me about certain parts will get first crack at them. If anyone wants any part of it, let me know.

If Eco doesn't take the interceptor I'll take it with the pillar and what else is needed to install it. I have a manual boost gauge but I want a RPD for my car.

Just out of curiosity, how many miles were you at when it finally died?

I am looking for that part how much shipped to 79905. Of course I want it in perfect condition with nothing broken

Haven't forgotten about you guys. I broke my foot and I'm also going to VA to pick up a new car today so parts will be stripped soon and I will respond to all messages on order they were received.
