It doesn't matter. The Focus is their version of the cobalt/neon/srt/ whatever. Of course, over in Europe they actually produce cooler Focuses, including a turbo rally version. Over here they are POS.

Okay, so for my first post...i'm laughing my ass off. How wonderful is that. Hell, i'm just a car enthusiast...don't really care much about what brand of car or what type of car...just something that actually impresses me. But people like you are what gives each type of car a bad name. I'm sorry...but your Cobalt is not the end all of vehicles, nor will it ever be. There are advantages and disadvantages to each type of car...and to each their own.

But comeon...you have to modify your car to outrun a mustand, and you're joking about that? HAH.

 

We never said that the cobalt is "the end of all vehicles". We just like our cars. And we're tire of trolling bastards ( especially the mustang owners ) coming in here and just saying our cars are junk. So we are just a little happy when we hear that one of our cars is capable of beating one in a drag race. Kind of like an "Up yours!".

The Cobalt is a sporty 4 cylinder. Meant for everyday driving and a little track fun. Some Cobalts are strictly race vehicles. And they are not daily drivers. Just like those who own SVT Cobras. They arent driving their 12 mpg hwy, gas guzzling beasts 50 miles to work everyday.

 

Oh yeah, BTW. Stock vs. Stock races are just competitions between manufacturers. What the hell is the fun in that?

 

In 2 days im heading back to australia to visit the folkes, ill bring you guys back some shots of what ford does down there. (as well as their counterpart.....the far superior HOLDEN)
