Help! Parts identification

Just went to look at a 2010 SS/TC everything on it is good except I have some concerns. Look at the turbo what is it? it is not stock.

ialso have two of these air bypass valve solenoids. The one on the front left of the motor is hooked up. The one on the passenger side rear is plugged in but no vacuum lines are hooked to it. Can somebody tell me what vacuum lines connect to it. I didn't see any extras that may belong to it.

One last thing. This connector was in the trunk. Any suggestions to what it is.

One more thing. I would not make more than 6-7 lbs. of boost.

Turbo looks stock, it seems like you have a forge bpv on it. You should only have a solenoid and should be mounted on the intake manifold

Looking at the picture it seems like they connected the bpv solenoid to that connector and shouldn't have that connector should go to the turbo

I will look at it in the morning. You are saying that I should only have the one mounted to thi intake. Not a second one in the rear by the coils. Correct?

is this why it's not putting out more than 6-7 pounds of boost? Leave it on or take it off and put back to factory?

I don't remember who originally made this diagram, but you should find it helpful.

So I plugged that connector into the turbo, now no boost and won't wind up more than 3k RPM. There was nothing plugged into the turbo so that connector plugged right in. I will unplug it for now. Any suggestions? Not sure what the problem is.

My guess is something is wrong with the waste gate solenoid and the previous owner tricked the computer by putting a bypass solenoid on the connector.
