thanks man. and yes. lowering springs are next on the agenda.

Its funny how it can take a shot like that and not deploy the bags. My x wrecked our 08 3 times, 2 being really bad and the last one totaling it. They never deployed.

dude its so odd. i hit the barrier going atleast 20-30. the new recall explains it though. thats why mine didnt deploy and its why i couldnt stop

BlackielawlessSS 02-21-2014 09:17 PM

We lost the entire front end. The front core support had to be changed and all. The bags did not deploy.

to many filters, cant see car.

LaserBlueSSSC 02-21-2014 09:24 PM

Airbags don't deploy a lot of the time, its kinda crazy you have to hit a sensor just right. Glad you got your car back in good condition

Glad you got your car back together and everything worked out for you! Now drive safely!!!

BlackielawlessSS 02-21-2014 09:57 PM

My x slammed a truck dead on in the rear end the first time. I would have thought it would be totaled. Nope it was fixed. Granted it had 16k miles on it at the time. The second one was a rear end collision, that moved the truck up a good 2 feet. Nothing. I would think the rear end had sensors but I am not sure. That totaled it. That first bad wreck was what I would have said a sensor fail.

BlackielawlessSS 02-21-2014 09:58 PM

I posted a picture a while back, I drove it wrecked to get pizza, and it had 35k miles on it when they totaled it. I love the sedan a lot.
