iRadar opinions
Just wondering if any of you guys had this and how you like it?
Seems like a neat concept. My Escort crapped out on me finally after years of service and looking to get something new. I have a feeling this is just another crappy cobra product and ill end up with another Escort or a Beltronics since they are together now, but still just wondering what yall think about it.

Could you customize bands and turn certain ones off? did it go off alot at like gas stations and such for false alarms? Is it any better than or equal to any of their other detectors?

When I had my Escort 8500 X50 whenever I got an alert I always remember going, "where is that coming from!?" Now with the Valentine I actually know the direction the alert is coming from.

I got one of the cheapo cobras. Used to have a v1. You can tell the difference between the two very well. And the arrows and other differences are very nice.
But honestly. I'm relatively happy with my cobra. It does the job decently and cost was great . Most the falses I know of by now and it usually will still pick a cop up from a good distance. Always had enough time with it.
I fail to see the need to drop $400 plus on a radar detector unless you are going 100mph everywhere all the time. One of the reasons I don't own a v1 anymore.
To the op. I have a buddy who used the iradar for awhile and it's not bad. Not legendary or anything, but it's fine for the average driver.
