Are you using an HVLP gun or their sprayer?

Got the suspension and brakes finished today. Just need to bleed the lines tomorrow and get an alignment Monday and she'll be all good.

ZZP has been my go to for everything. Everything is installed and done. Got my final alignment this morning. Like the way it sits. Car rides like new. Its been two weeks of a lot of sweat, smashed fingers and busted knuckles but its all worth it in the end. Going to start stacking parts for my TVS build. Already got a LS4 throttle body in route.

TVS 1320, LS4 TB, Griffin HE, 3.5 inch OTTP intake, OTTP long tubes, built ported head, mild cams, 80# injectors, option b, dual or single pass, ZZP 3inch catback, clutch with flywheel, over sized radiator and possibly a ZZP gen 3 short block. Tuned on E85. And what ever else crops up cause there is always something that doesnt go as planned.

No. The car came with a crappy flaking Maco paint job to start with. This was just the cheapest option to making the car look decent. Achieving a clear coat look with plasti dip is extremely difficult for a beginner as well. Matte is much more forgiving. I plan on eventually getting a proper paint job in a couple years. Until then this will suffice.

OP, I'm curious what has happened with this project. Any updates? Are you still driving this Cobalt?

Quitter....
St has a nicer interior and build quality but it takes a lot more to make them as fast.
