Could the vibration be from something else. I thought the video sounded very noisy. All I hear is my supercharger.

I spin to 8k too just saying anything over 7,500 they say you need to do something with BS either delete or neutral. I'd look into the vibration more to and make sure what it is because the only difference I notice before and after was I could feel vibes in the steering wheel at idle. Under acceleration I noticed no difference at all. You can't even notice any differences from in-cab videos on mine.

Though I supposed the vibrations COULD be strictly from your BS delete and the effect is just amplified because of your motor mounts. I only have a rotated front mount and it is 1-piece rubber bushing non-voided. Running stock upper mount.

the mounts will be causing most of the vibrations, i had a set of urethane mounts in my car when i bought it and it was terrible, would rattle your teeth during acceleration.

My adjustable tensioner was rattling because it was on the wrong setting and the tensioner pulley needs to be replaced. It makes a lot of noise.

Mine does also and I would like to get a ZZP adjuster so I can go to a 2.6 pulley. I put a new idler / bearing on but the OEM's have a lot of movement.

I'm not going to hit the boost you will but went with .020 / .020 / .018 out of the box. with a .005 piston to wall. I barely had to touch the second rings. First started at .014. That would have been a disaster.

Some of the rings I got didn’t need to be gapped. And they aren’t all exact. There’s a max and min to them.

Can you even overdrive injectors? You probably said it somewhere up in this thread somewhere but you plan on running bigger injectors I assume? Thought you wanted to keep them under 85% or something like that.

no you cant. 100% duty cycle means they are not closing at all, and thats the max. the computer doesnt see it that way, duty cycle is a calculated figure, the computer used milliseconds in its calculations for fueling.

Are you still running the 2.6 pulley?
Is 23 the highest you have seen?

I’m running a 2.7 and the ati so it’s the same as a 2.6. I’ve only seen 23 so far but I haven’t did a full pull. Haven’t even went to redline. So it probably go to 24-25
