That plug that goes into the alternator, is it supposed to have power with the key on?

There are suppose to be at least 2 wires in the 4 wire plug. You probably have wires in l and f . Power to f can be delayed until the engine is started so it doesnt slow down the cranking speed but needs to be there for sure when running.

Ok so the problem was a bad alternator. Had my old one tested and it failed. The remanufactured one we got from orielly was also bad I guess. We picked up one from Napa this morning and it’s fixed.

Only got to make one pass last night because of how many people were there. Sat in line for 2 hours. The car ran great. Only thing that needs adjustments is the 1-2 shift. I hit rev limiter and wouldn’t shift so I had to let off and get back in it to make it shift. Also afr was a little one the rich side at 11.3-11.5. Sweet spot for me is around 12.2afr. Also it was 70 degrees outside and my iats2 only reached 136. Before we went to the track we installed my drag bags and put 15psi in them and 15 psi in my tires. My 60ft was amazing.

I saw that on Facebook, your 60ft makes me sick. I haven't gotten below a 1.9 yet which kills my time. I have to put 35psi in my drag bags to even help. Yours look smaller than mine for some reason. Nice run.

Because kendall is a crappy recorder. Lol and I’ve got multiple track videos with the GoPro when I had the m62. Don’t have any yet with the tvs because it’s only been twice and I have been too lazy to charge the gopros

Are you keeping your 1-2 shift pressures and times conservative to save parts? The video was hard to hear but it didn't sound like a real harsh shift.

NO times tonight. Crank shaft position sensor went out going down the track. Car shut off and there was a bunch of cool popping sounds. Fun times. Stupid car
