Hi Everyone,
I just bought my Cobalt LS Coupe 06 170 miles on it.. Im way stoked I fell in love with the Cobalt when it came out. I traded in my 99 GMC Sierra EXT Cab Z71 for it and had some problems with the finance part of all of it so i had to get the stock LS although i WANTED the SS. But its all good i can still make it just as quick and mod it myself. I bought the Blue Graphite Metalic one and had the windows tinted. Anyways just wanted to say hi

I have an '05 LS and wish I had an SS. What a coincidence!
But seriously, it is a nice car. I am not going to tune mine, mainly because it is auto. I will wait to get an SS or something else depending on financial situation

that's not necessarily a reason NOT to tune. A built automatic tranny can run with 5-spd's all day. Plus, it'll make your car more consistent since the operator error is somewhate eliminated. I'm just saying that it's not a limiting factor for the car, it just takes a little more work.

Welcome to your new addiction! Well it is my addiction at least. I am on these forum sites like 3 times a day, it is awesome.
Nice car, and enjoy your stay. And remember, if you have a question, use the search feature before starting a new thread.

My Cobalt has the 5 Speed in it. The dealership is being really awsome with me cause if i would have had 1k more i could have got the SS financed so they are gonna let me get the SS wing for it and they tinted my windows for nothing. Also the door is rubbing the fender and needs to be adjusted so when they fix it they said they might just repaint the car and if i want i can pick any of the colors the cobalt comes in. I might stay with the color it has right now but i might just deside to have them do it in the silver not sure yet. I havnt seen the color on my car on any other cobalt around here so that may be a GOOD thing! anyways thanx for the comments and please feel free to SUGEST anything you think i should do to my car from your experiences
