i know its been a long time since i have posted but working 2 full time jobs and getting ready to move its been tuff.
As of right now its still just a rolling chassy but, soon after i settle in in the new place i will start sending pics ( sorry in advance for how beat up it is but is only for the track ) and as i said be for it gunna be a long project from the ground up. hopefully it will be all up and running by this time next year

lol it my RATTY (once was nice then black ice made it not so nice .... a few times :/ ) 2010 cobalt XFE ( 2 door 5-speed )that im turning into PROJECT. HAHA
i went threw a deep puddle one morning coming home from work one day ( i work overnights ) and it cracked the block :/ lucky i have a second car as a back up ( 2008 cobalt ls 4 door auto) soooo now im turning my ratty cobalt into a a track car non-street legal. i know that it would be easier to buy a whole new cobalt and probly cheaper too but if you knew the history with this car youd see why lol.
Now a reason im doing this to is because working overnights i started to get board on my time off. nothings open, everyone else is at work sooo i got a second full time job. now for what ever reason im now still board and started looking into a 3rd job then my wife sergested i get a hobby, so with the extra money im gunna put it into the rolling chassis i have outside.
All in All i need something to keep me busy

heres my baby she may not look like much but when she hits the track it may see some bumps and scrapes anyways
well i wont be here much longer im moving to taunton sometime in september to be closer to work

 

LOL serious. dont waste the time and money on that car. Get something better to start with. Youll put 10k in it and a SS/TC with $1000 in mods will do circles around it.and im in Sandwich, 15 min away.

 

Where abouts in Taunton? and where do you work?

 

I suspect that if he's taking bumps and scrapes he's talking about the 4 cylinder division at Seekonk Speedway. I think a Cobalt would do pretty well there.

 

im about 5 or less mins away from the chipotle. I still dont know the area to well.
i work for a place called Burkes distributing its a beer distributer

 

I even thought about the New England Hill Climb Association for next summer. Fully bolted with FE5 Sway bars and a powell rear bar with YYZ springs, I could do pretty well.

haha Fast Fridays baby! any division there is now a wreck fest. place is falling apart. sucks now. used to love it when i was a kid. dad worked on teh track truck, i got in free.

ive only gone a a few times years ago, just to watch never raced on a track before.
