This is what I was referring to. They were not talking about operating them. They were talking about what it takes to melt ice.

The operating temp will be determined by the ambient temp and he was testing on a 38F day.
I don't know how cold it gets there but test again on a very cold day.

Like i said. Your not going to have a problem.

This happened on my 07! Sounded like a gunshot. I romped on it and the window blew out, lmao. Gotta love mid-2000s GM quality!
