I have a 2006 cobalt ss 2.4, I don't have a sunroof. I haven't seen other ss without a sunroof. Am I the only one without a sunroof? Or is it more common than I think.

When I wiki the SS the picture they have of the 2.4 ss doesn't have a sunroof. So I guess it was an option in the 2.4.

Some LSJs don't have them either. I think it was an option in 05-06.

It was an option. Some turbo cobalts don't have one either.

No sunroof = less body flex.
What that means is .....perfect drag car.

some lsj dont have them, all turbos have them, only option in turbos was rpd, lsd, usb and big wing in 2010 i think. lots of 2.4s dont have them.

How hard.would it be to install an aftermarket one?

Not worth it IMO.

More than it's worth and after awhile would probably leak worse than a factory one.

You'd have to install new bracing to keep the roof rigid. Not worth it.

I wouldn't want a sunroof on any car

I've seen turbo sedans without a sunroof.

I actually believe the only year the sunroof came standard was in 2010.

My uncle had a 07 g85 lsj, no sun roof.. Only reason he sold it.:thumbsdow

If I could get rid of my sun roof I probably would. the damn thing started rattling recently.

love my sunroof, gotta lube it and clean the drains every once in a while.

x2, it creaks a bit but I love having a vent on rainy humid days.

I don't even really use mine.

The sun roof itself doesn't rattle, it's the slider door thing that does. I don't even use mine.

Well yes, on top of that he just bought a Transam ws6 , but he hated the fact it didn't have a sunroof.

Thank god my 2.4 has one. I love that thing!
