kinda mustang-ish.

M-Dub 06-03-2007 09:41 PM

I think it would be cool, I was kinda' thinkin' of going down that road too! I was thinking the black with polished rim....

eirhed 06-03-2007 09:42 PM

About 99.9% of the hot rods at the Power Tour had those wheels....not sure about for a FWD application.

Yea, those style wheels were on the Chevelle SS and made it look like a mustang:lol::lol::lol:???

jeremie 06-03-2007 09:44 PM

yeah i dont think they'd look that good but im interested in seeing what theyd look like anyways

RedEcotecSS 06-03-2007 09:46 PM

me too, i wouldn't mind seeing them either.

SSMOKEM 06-03-2007 09:48 PM

You would have to get them custom made. I think it would look sick. TT2 were a dime a dozen in the muscle car scene, but they always looked damn good

M-Dub 06-03-2007 09:49 PM

No, American Racing made some for FWD applications, they made some for Civics!

SSMOKEM 06-03-2007 09:54 PM

I called wheelsforless.com and you have to get them custom made. THEY DON'T HAVE THEM IN OUR BOLT PATTERN. I didn't say they were only RWD:)

Also we don't drive civics, thank god!

jeremie 06-03-2007 09:57 PM

i can get them custom drilled, thats no problem. i just wanna see em. if i did something like that though, i'd go with my old favorite pro stars

SSdan 06-03-2007 11:31 PM

Oh my god.......

iLLmaTic3s 06-03-2007 11:43 PM

im not sure if i would like those rims on a cobalt. i can really only see them on a mustang...lol

jeremie 06-03-2007 11:45 PM

best time of 13.666 @102mph, and when i threw a cam in it, it went slower.. damn

celicacobalt 06-04-2007 08:33 PM

i think these wheels would look out of place on a cobalt...

SSMOKEM 06-04-2007 08:35 PM

I don't:lol:

SS4ME 06-04-2007 08:38 PM

I had those kind of rims on my old 78 Trans Am. They are sooo 80s looking!

jeremie 06-04-2007 09:49 PM

bump. someone do this for me ;)

thats one bad lookin gtp. i love it

averagewhiteboy 06-05-2007 01:15 AM

It looks cool on a RWD (Mustang) or a should-be-RWD (00+ Monte SS type deal). I have the classic Cragar SS's (same style, but with alot more of a dish) on my old Grand Prix and absolutely love them. But I'm not so sure about them on a Cobalt...

Gamebay11 06-05-2007 01:23 AM

my cobalt on Forza 2 has them, and they look sweet. but they are like 20's on mine.
