Ls5speed

Hey guys. I have an 06 ls, not that fast but it's a manual and a whole lot of fun to drive. Can anyone give me some advice on what I can do to upgrade and make it a little faster without breaking the bank. It's bone stock and I want to know if there's anything relatively cheap I can do to make it a little bit faster. Thanks

define a 'bit faster'? whats your budget? I think the general advice you'll get around here is sell your car and buy an SS. putting an intake and exhaust on your car, tune, maybe cams... would get you some more power. but if you sold your car, put that mod money and maybe 1000-1500 on top of that together you'd have an SS cobalt that would be much faster.

Also you will need a tune and with a 06 I think your only option for tuning is Trifecta and I don't think they support cobalt anymore to what I've heard and remember
