Door switch bezel, the paint peels off pretty easily. You can remove it and repaint it yourself for much cheaper than buying a new one and it will last much longer.

Dealer sells them though, contact CrateEngineDepot.com (sponsor here), good guys there and can hook you up with any parts you need since they are a GM dealership.
