Will the low rise for the high rise holes

I am wondering if I buy a low rise spoiler, will I need to plug the high rise spoiler holes or do the holes line up the same?

Same but the high rise has more glue on it. If there's any scratches underneath the high rise supports, they won't be covered by the low rise supports.
