Are you still on the stock belt? You are going to need a stage 2 belt if not.

I hope you still aren't on the stock injectors are you are asking for some trouble.

You will be outflowing them x3939309309039

Crateenginedepot.com has stage 2 belts

stock injectors are good for the stock pulley.

42lb injectors are good down to a 2.9" (approx, probably 3.0" is safer)

60s are good for <2.9"

I just installed a 2.7" pulley and 60lbs injectors with new spark plugs, i'm running lean right now but when I punch it my sc starts to flutter like there is a governor on it.

Has anyone ran into this problem before? Do I just need to get my tune to fix the issue?

I also started throwing the code P1133 not sure if it is related, but I know it has to do with my cat starting to go bad, probably from the 60 lbs injectors and not having it tuned yet.

I used the 15mm wrench to remove the belt and it took me a couple tries. The wrench kept slipping off. I finally got the belt off. But now I cant get the belt back on, the wrench keeps slipping off before I can put any pressure on it. any ideas ? It slips of as soon as I start to push on it to release the tension on the pulley.

is it safe to take off the superchager in terms of damaging the gasket? I'm about to take mine off right now

i heard someone say that a pulley puller from autozone will also work..... not so much... just buy the tool from zzp or find a machine shop that has a press.

The ZZP tool was a breeze took 10 minutes to remove and reinstall the new hub.

i have a 2.8 pulley that keeps coming loose because the s/c starts sounding like marbels, so i tighten the bolts and it goes away. i just noticed that the bolts are digging into the pulley, has this ever happened to anyone else?

That sensor you said was a pain in the ass to take off won't come off for me, since I can't see all around the sensor I don't know what to unclip, I only pulled the gray tap up, but is there more?
Thanks.

So I wasn't using the ZZP pulley puller, the 3 jaw i rented from autozone ended up being stripped so it wasn't getting the pulley off... A friend of mine was able to get it off for me while I wasn't around, but I was confused on how to get the ZZP ring on exactly. I have these 3 washers, anyone know the order it goes in or whatever? And what are you guys using to lube the shaft?

I just had a GM shop slap on my pulley wheel from intense. Went home and installed the supercharger and it was squealing like crazy.

What do I adjust.. and how?

Details.. 2.8 Modular Pulley System

I just drove it down the street, and the rib closest to the engine ripped right off... and the squealing stoped... What the hell!!!

The zzp tool is the most effective way to remove and install the hub or pulley.. any other might damage the pulley hub or sc when installing or removing.. make sure the new pulley or hub is placed exactly as the old one.. Don't lube the sc shaft.. if the your belt is showing unwanted wear the pulley or hub might not be aligned correct or was damaged.. make sure all other pulleys and accessories are also aligned. The hub or pulley might need to pullied or pressed the zzp will help maximize the average grease monkeys success..
