This may be a silly question, but does a 3.0 pulley fit ok with the stock belt and tensioner?

No, your going to need either a smaller belt or an oversized tensioner pulley.

Hmm

Kinda amazes me that thats all it is....its just pressed on....i would think the shaft would spin in side the hub or thatsthe hub would just wobble off.
