i always planned on using the megan exhaust but i had no clue you actually had to cut the stock exhaust?! im assuming thats with every exhaust system? there isnt just a few bolts you can unbolt and bolt on the new exhaust, i have a saws all but idk how i would even get it that far under my car

btw if anyone installs a megan racing catback i sugest taking out the silencer. it sounds beautiful
why do you have to cut it im so confused i just ordered my exhaust and now im not sure what to do putting it on wise, in the tut about it just shows it being cut and then nothing after that, if its cut where is the megan exhasut supposed to bolt on to?
Its very simple you cut it above the rear control arms, and un-bolt the exhaust from the cat, then you new exhaust bolts up from the cat.
You bolt on just behind the cat. The cut you make is further to the rear of the car; you have to cut there simply to get the stock exhaust off the car. Look under the car with the photos and it will make perfect sense to you.
Don't worry about it: If I could do my own exhaust install, anyone can.

so the part you cut off is further to the front? then you bolt it off up top? in the picture it looks like it curves up
damn that sucks. do what im doing, i took the silencer and put it inder the mat in the trunk. i took one of the screws off and a cop pulls me over im going to tell him that one of the screws vibrated off and im waiting to have a new one shipped to me, and that it is rattling without the screw
