Well when I got mine U lucked out and all my lights and LED's worked....but the halo led's started burning out after the first week, but after I got my blue LED's from Mkulryz, I have had no problems at all. www.blackbalt.com
Good point...but red stands out a little more than red on the front of your car. And here in Florida I have asked cops (friends) would I get pulled, and they said not realy cause when the lights are on they look more white than blue.

I would really like to install Red :? I guess I could always chance it and pray I dont get pulled and if I do just play the I didn't know card.
Its pretty simple Vizion. Just take your time and dont rush. Print out the How-To and just follow it while you work.

I could do it for you if you are up to shipping them to me, might take a week at the most and just send the leds also, but that's just a suggestion.
And if you would like pics of the blue LED's I got from Mkulrey (blackbalt.com) I can show you.
If anything, they would give you a fix-it ticket (Florida is $8 for headlights) and just disconnect them and switch over to something else.

anyone find out if the 5mm LEDs fit into the halos?
the 5mm LEDs would be brighter than the 3mm, but its a question of whether they will fit in there or not.

Anyone know what resistor is in the halo LED board? Also is it confirmed that 5mm LEDs will fit in the halo? It would be nice to find out so that a simple trip to Radio Shack can get all the stuff needed to outfit the projectors. Next time someone has theres apart, please look and post, or if anybody knows off hand..?

yes they will. I have 5mm in my halos. The only problem I had was fitting the bulbs in the grey holder for the halo ring where the leds sit. I look a filer and filed more of the plastic away on the inside until I could pop the leds in. It worked and you can't see the where I shaved the pieces off unless you take it apart.

Instead of wiring all 4 halo LEDs together to 12V basically inline only wire two to 12 volts. 4 LEDs in series from 12volts = very dim. Kinda hard to explain but I hope you understand. Same goes for the 5mm's, wire them all separate instead of inline with each other and they will be much brighter.
