Acceleration surge under constant load & psi loss

no vacuum leaks from IM, blower, or CAI
Codes(pending): (p0101) mass airflow circuit range/performance
(p0128) Coolant thermostat (coolant temp below regulating temperature)
(p0132) o2 circuit high (sensor 1 bank 1)
o2 heater

just today day I got (p0341) camshaft position sensor circuit A range/performance (bank 1 or single sensor)

Last week I broke down an cleaned blower, IM, throttle body, I used to push 17psi last winter, now I only get about 12.5 @wot also I have an acceleration surge where I build about 10psi when I put the throttle to the floor an the car pulls HARD to about 4500rpm but all of a sudden it drops to around 3200 an 6-7psi without lifting my foot off the pedal. No belt slip, no tranny problems, I’m thinking it could be... camshaft sensor a or o2 (both possible with the 0341 code) boost solenoid, bad coils, coolant temp sensor, routed vac lines wrong, alternator maybe? What else an what do you guys think. It’s been 8 months since I’ve seen over 15psi an it’s been since I put my I5 throttle body an intake since it’s been surging.
