How to make sunroof automatic

I got into a friends car and they had an automatic sunroof in their car I was wondering about making ours automatic?

There was a vendor that at one point sold these.

Here found it.

I wouldn't go there, there was a big long thread about it. He had issue after issue and I'm not sure if he made more than a few

What's so hard about just holding onto the button to open or close it.

yeah i dont mind holding it for a couple seconds..

Then you have it wired in or pay someone to do it and if it fries the motor in the sunroof your screwed

my switch sticks down so i didnt have to hold it. I replaced it, the new one does the same thing lol

In my wife's A6 you just turn the *** to how far you want the window to go back and it does the rest

I bought the MCI sunroof switch and ive never had any issues with it. Ive had it now for about a year. As far as being lazy as some folks on here say, its not about being lazy its about the conveniance of just pressing the switch and taking off. I got it because I hated opening the roof while i was driving, have to hold the switch and shift became a pain in the ass so now its much nicer to have this option. JMO! So with that said I highly recommend the product. Mike Cottington Industries!

If you can't drive a stick and open your sunroof you shouldnt be driving a stick lol. Although, gm should've included the automatic click like the driver window has.
