washer pump and wiper issues
 

i have a 07 SS/SC and just the other on my way home from work my wipers and washer pump started running on there own the whole drive home when i got home i checked the relays and fuses and checked the connections but it still runs on its own i pulled the relay for the wipers so they wouldnt melt the wiper on my blades on the windshield but the washer pump still keeps running i assume it has to do something with the headlights because when the lights are on it runs and when there off it stops so my question is has anyone had this problem and whats the way to fix it?
