i normally dont like to leave a negative mark on anyone. however when this was posted i immediately asked for dibbs on the downpipe. after that we exchanged PM's and emails and i was responsive to the seller. the seller claims. he was waiting for a response then later emails me and says "sorry i sold it locally"

Great you have proof that I sent you pics? The person who bought it PM'd me before you did. You called dibs then didn't PM for like 2 days? In fact I had to PM you first to see what was going on. The person who bought it had already PM'd me but wasn't sure on if he was going to buy it. So i sent you the pics. He then decided to go ahead with the purchase and yea I admit I didn't let you know right away some one else bought it but other than that I did nothing wrong.
