I bought a HID Slim ballast but he sent me the wrong one so he asked me to send it back. A month and a half went by and I had not heard from him or received the correct ballast so I PM'd him and he responded and fixed his problem..sort of. He then again sent me the wrong one a day after I go back in contact with him, so I told him and he responded immediately and told me to keep it and that he would send me the correct one ASAP. I finally got the correct one today! He is a great vendor and fixes his problems and will work with his customers! Thanks Mkulrey!
