I purchased a side skirt from Albert Ramirez and when I received the product it was damaged. I alerted Albert and stated that I could open a PayPal claim and try to get my money back or he could refund me the money. Albert told me that I should just go ahead and file a claim. I tried to make this simple but now I feel as if I am being screwed over.

Hello Albert Ramirez here... Iv sold a couple of things through here and every single buyer that has purchased my items have been fully satisfied with their purchase. And in regards to the little message Mr. RkRamos posted, yes you are being screwed over BUT BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY. You obviously bought my product because you saw it was in perfect shape. I even took the liberty to take the extra "10000 pictures" you asked for. And yes I encourage you to go ahead and file a claim everyone is entited to their own form of defence.
However im not so sure you're the one being screwed over by "me." Perhaps Im being "screwed over" by you. There are certain scammers out there! Who knows you might be one of them, (not saying you are) But you might have switch my perfectly good side skirt for another crappy one with a dent, and now you claim for your money back five days later after receiving my product?!!
I usually dont lower my standarts posting immature messages on peoples forms but i felt like defending my self, hope you dont mind

10,000 pictures? I asked for you to post pictures of just the passenger side since all the pictures you provided in the original for sale thread were paired with the other side skirt you were selling. You also asked me to send the money as a gift or add extra money to cover the PayPal fees (which you didn't state in your thread). I have an iTrader feedback of +10 so explain to me why I would ruin that to scam you out of my own money? You are just as much at fault as the shipping company due to not properly packaging the item. It is not my fault you did not insure the product you shipped. I should not be stuck with a bent side skirt because of your mistakes.

I understand where you are coming from, however in regards to not properly wrapping the product. I'll have you know It was properly wrapped. Let's leave it to PayPal to decide!

No, it was not properly wrapped. You put it in a box and taped it up. There was nothing bracing the side skirt from bending, flexing, or warping nor were the clips properly secured.
