This guy was straightforward with everything. He told me up front he needed a couple of weeks to get the ZZP intercooler package off of his car and shipped, which was not a problem. Had he not told me then it would have been a big issue. Once the parts came off, he updated me on one issue with part of the deal immediately. We discussed a solution and resolved it. He shipped the parts out immediately, and I received them promptly and perfectly as he described them. I'm very happy with this purchase. I will gladly purchase from him again in the future if he decides to sell anything I want or need. Thank you sir!
