seller, does not portray crucial flaws in his product to the buyer. When the item arrives and i am not satisfied with my purchase he refuses to give a refund.

The part was delivered as shown. The buyers lack of ability to take responsibility is baffling to me. Paypal as a middle man is as reliable as your average fast food employee.
