My week was **** till about 5 yesterday. Problem service writer we has left for reno nv. Today is a good day, so peaceful. No more 8am and every 30 min after asking "Hey what about these cars you got of mine"

How much water?

There was one month where i was drinking at least 1-1.5 gallons a day.

Some people need the hard number to have peace of mind. I have a 32oz bottle that I fill up several times a day. I stopped drinking pop/juice years ago, and felt much better since.
Well, unless I have a mixed drink, where 50% of the cup is alcohol

Water + daily walks + 1-2 beers a day + myplate balanced diet + safe sex (in this day and age avoiding any female with a tinder/bumble/OLD account) = HEALTH

I have 90 oz of green tea Monday - Friday before noon. Then water after that.
