That's good man, I wish I was a bit more patient when I got mine. Maybe in a few years I'll be looking at moving to an different side of town

Yeah the house last needed way too much work for the price. The townhouse was a nice end unit that we could rent after we move out.

Sounds like yall secretly want to move to tn. Lots of homes that have shops in the back, lots of countryside to choose from whether west or east tn that have no garbage neighbors To top it off its pretty damn affordable, my mortgage is 700 for the 38 acres, massive shop, and 3 bed 2 bath house.

Waverunner needs a little maintenance, GP1200R 2-stroke. Pulled the pump and carbs last weekend, found more surprise race parts yay! I bought this ski blown up for a deal. Over the winter I found an ignition unit with timing curve control and keep the power valve open at rev limits. The heads are rated for 98 octane fuel. If I like this ski after this year, I'm going to hunt down some triple pipes ($1000 used!). Would like to get the ski ready for a Memorial Weekend ride, it's coming up

That's what you have at least until a tornado rips through it.

Buy a brick house with a nice basement and have good insurance.

Id have a hard time swallowing a 1000 mortgage unless my house was a hell of a lot nicer. We plan on building onto the house within a few years and adding it into the mortgage. Expect it to be around 800 to 850 if my calculations are correct.
