Went for automotive engineering but didn't even get a associates, did the math and there was no way that I would be able to finish school. The loans I could get at the time wouldn't cover everything and between me and my (in denial until I showed them the truth) parents we couldn't cover what was left for a bachelors. So I hopped out, worked as a manager in fast food till I got the money to go through auto tech school.

I got my Bachelors, it is semi used. School is all hype though. Most people don't use their degrees.

Also, I am a big advocate of gluten. that stuff is amazing.

Sounds like that degree causes mental illness.

It all depends on what you get the degree in, sticking to STEM fields and the degree is useful, other fields it's more fluff.
