Anyone know part number or fastener specifications for LSJ (I assume as LNF?) for exhaust manifold/header? The thread spec is M8 X1.25 I know but not sure on the length and if I need to use studs or if bolts are ok.

id get a 2.2 ohv 4 speed auto cavi. They get really great mileage and are super cheap. merica is a 3spd and it gets mid 20's mph highway screaming at 3500 rpm 80mph roll.

Ill get the stock part number for ya but you can use studs or bolts. I like studs personally, less thread wear on the head.

Thanks Kolt. You think they are common enough that the local GM dealer would keep some in stock?

Its possible but it depends on how many they use in a quarter. We don't use enough so we don't keep them in stock. Stud part number is 10160364
nut is 15672934 or 11609746

In, going to have to check the car today. Its vibrating like crazy and it seems louder on the front now instead of the back of the car. Hopefully it's something simple

I have very good excuses, if I can't shift my transmission fast then I'm not going to set any records. My best time was 13.6 @ 109 mph with wheel spin on the launch. Even though I am spinning I pulled off a 2.0 60ft twice which is better than I did last year. Regarding the transmission shift comment, it is very hard to go into gear, grinding 2nd and especially 3rd under full power. Looking at data from my races last fall, it is taking me twice about twice as long to get back into boost.

The times here are a combination of shift time plus boost recovery time because I am taking the time points on the HP Tuners time log based on boost, so when I shift I start the timer when boost falls to 90% of max boost, then I stop the timer when boost raises to 90% of the max boost for the next gear.

Not sure if it's my clutch / system or the transmission. I am running the Aisin AR5 transmission, the internet says this transmission will fail, fail to synchro that is.

While I was at it I wanted to compare the times it took for the power adder to bring boost from 0 psi to max psi. You'd think a twincharger should ramp in notably faster, but I am not seeing this in the data.

Got to fix my transmission then continue optimizing this twincharger system to max potential.
