In, no danger here. Will probably have some rainy weather from the leftovers as usual. Guy that works here has a aunt 20min from the coast. Stubburn family bc they are probably staying from what they told him "we are far enough from the coast and got a two story house with basement, we're good"

Im guessing their thought process is stay in the basement till the eye is gone then go up when it floods? But its gonna flood before it passes so idk, his whole family is stubborn like that. Tried talking to him about that he needs to convince them to get out but who knows. Hopefully they survive the storm and only need to be rescued after bc they are def not gonna be able to stay if it stays on course.

20 min from the coast? I really doubt they'll see storm surge unless they live along a river. the four feet of rain might be an issue though

Im not 100% exactly where they are located and how they gauge "20min" No matter what they shouldn't stay being that close.

Unless you have something the significantly prevents you from moving, always evacuate.
Of course, when the stupid people die, the highways are a little less jammed, and there's a new open parking spot.

I don get it why people want to stay you only put yourself at risk and then when you dumb ass needs help to get rescued because you can't follow a simple command you put others at risk

Well my sedan wasn't really fun to work on since most repairs were maintenance repairs. like bushings, wheel bearings, brakes.

After installing axles for the 4th time this summer I am getting pretty good at it. This time around, in order to get the axle to cooperate and pop out, I just rotated it and gave it a couple light taps with a hammer a few times to reposition the inner expansion ring, and did that a couple times until it was finally position to were it would easily pop out with a pry bar. Earlier in the summer I spent hours fighting an axle using the brute force method discovering that it isn't effective.
