Guys, I just started this thread to get some ideas. I didn't mean for it to get all violent. I still have yet to see dyno sheets and track times. That was the whole point of this thread. I know some of you have some sick ass cobalts, and I just want to see what mods and how much power.

cant we all get along????

haha this is my 3rd big turbo build...

in this set up i only spent $3,000
you can build a 1.8t to go mid 11's dirt cheap..i would say just under $3,000 depending on who and where you get the parts from

www.forcefedengineering.com tell your buddy to check them out
ed and joey are excellent guys

Also, just a small update, the cage has started to go in on the car...hooray!
I am thinking we need to find a place to do this and sell tickets.
Glad to hear the cage is going in.

My car will be street legal. My car is not the fastest because as it has been mentioned. it is not finished yet.
I won't make any claims until the car is done and it has proven it self.
As for my power levels, we are being conservative in saying 750rwhp. The expectation is that we will produce between 1,100 - 1,200 hp on the engine dyno.
Again, until it is done, I will only say what my expectations are.
I just won't stop until I meet my expectations.

i was wondering what was taking you so long to call out the other guys talking about their built m62 cars.

if we were going by 1/8 times black06ss has all of you beat , and im number 3 (and im running stage 2 mods)

and its also quite embarrassing (but very typcial of this site) for someone to request fast track times, and then have people brag about HP numbers. D4 if you are reading this you know exactly what i mean

If we could get the crankshaft done then my biggest headache so far would be over.
The conversion is moving along, just slower than I want. I hope to have an update soon about where we are in the actual conversion.
